Build Quality and Blueprint
The Eleaf iStick Pico mod is smaller than I expected, considering it is powered by a replaceable 18650 battery.
It fits perfectly in my hand, which has to be said aren't the biggest. The rounded edges of the mod make information technology comfy to concord fifty-fifty for prolonged periods.
The build quality is excellent, it feels very solid. The design is simple, equally with the other iStick designs from Eleaf.
I have been carrying this around for a couple of weeks in a both my pocket and bag and accept had no issue with paintwork peel.
Summit of the mod
The top of the modernistic features a smooth adaptable 510 threading and will accommodate a 22mm bore tank nicely. Anything also much over this diameter will likely struggle due to the battery cap that sits beside it.
The cap unscrews to reveal the 18650 battery port. The bombardment is really longer than the body of the mod, with the cap covering the top portion.
Information technology'due south a elementary feature but one that keeps the size of the whole mod downwardly while still incorporating the 18650 battery. Very nicely washed.
Base
On the base of operations there are viii vent holes directly beneath the bombardment chamber, sitting adjacent to them is the '+' / '-' function buttons. The function buttons are inset so don't interfere with the mod when saturday upwardly right.
Again, good quality and very solid with no rattle.
OLED / Side Features
One side of the Pico features the OLED screen, fire push button and micro USB port that can be used to both charge and upgrade the firmware of the modernistic.
The OLED screen is large, bright and like shooting fish in a barrel to read and the fire button clicky but not as well loud.
You tin can also vape whilst charging with the pass through functionality, always a good thing for me.
All very solid and the aesthetics are spot on for my tastes. I of the all-time mini box modern designs to date.
As mentioned it isn't the smallest mini mod from some of the recent releases. Here is a side to side look next to the Vaporesso Target Mini and Avenue Nugget.
How Does The Eleaf Pico Perform?
Lets start with a quick overview of how the Eleaf Pico functions work.
- 5 Quick Clicks of Power button – On/Off
- Press '+' and Power push together to enter stealth mode
- Press '+' and '-' buttons together to lock device
- With Mod Off – Press '+' and '-' buttons together for 2 seconds to flip screen
- iii Quick Clicks of Ability button – Enter Menu
- In Card way – Use '+' / '-'Function buttons to gyre through options
- Employ Power Button To Select required option
The functions are simple and easy to use, if you are new to these menu systems it will accept 5 minutes to go used to.
Selecting your power or temp setting is quick with fast scrolling through wattage -˚C -˚F.
For this review I used the Innokin Precept tank, this meaty tank looks the business on the Pico.
All performed well in standard wattage mode.
I'one thousand not a regular user of temp command but all worked well as would be expected, I only tested this with a Ni200 coil in my Innokin iSub Yard tank.
I didn't use the By Pass mode or TCR function but it'south there should advanced users need it.
The battery life I constitute was good with me getting around 5 hours worth of moderate sub ohm vaping at 0.5Ohm / 26W.
What I Like
The size of the Pico is simply right to be carried around for all day use and the 18650 battery and 75W maximum power merely adds to the all round use.
Another plus is the quality and the power to utilize the mod while charging and that the Pico firmware can be upgraded online.
Oh yeah.. Not forgetting Temperature Command compatibility for Nickel, Titanium and Stainless Steel.
What I Don't like
Information technology's not often I don't have anything to say here but there isn't anything that comes to mind as likewise much of a negative.

The Eleaf Pico offers plenty of features and performance in a small parcel. I find this easy to apply as my go to, all day device.
